The Thumbnail Master Frame Joining system from Bainbridge is an easy and low cost way to join your frames. This unit allows for insert combinations of up to 1 7/8” in depth, with this expanded capability you can confidently join shadow box moulding but don’t let this capability confuse you, this machine can do mouldings as small as ½” and everything in between. There are 6 depth setting to accommodate a very wide range of mouldings, with a clamp capacity of 3 ¾” this Thumbnail Master unit can do almost any moulding on the market. Comes with a very reliable Porter Cable router and a very sturdy base, just mount it to your work table and off you go, the best part is it is made in the USA.
