Mats over 32 X 40 cannot be shipped UPS. There is an "Over sized Box Charge" of $8 per box for shipping up to 25, 4 Ply, 32x40, 10 8 Ply or 15 6 Ply mats to your zone via UPS. A full shipping box can weigh up to approx 50 lbs.
