D&K/Bienfang Finish Guard UV Films  protect the surface of prints, posters, etc, from moisture, dust, and fingerprints. The protective film adheres directly to the front surface of the item being laminated. The process is non-reversible. The film on a paper carrier with grid lines, and is coated with a very low tack adhesive to aid initial positioning. Stronger adhesive is heat activated during the lamination process. This film is pre-pierced to prevent air bubbles and for ease of use. These overlaminating films feature ultra violet protection coatings and a low bonding point of 200 degrees - for one to three minutes in a mechanical press - longer for vacuum and roller presses. These overlamination films are ideal for use with ink jet and other heat sensitive media. They are optically clear, durable, and light weight.
